This week I'm sharing how I've managed to change my life with just my mind. It's such a powerful tool to be able to change the way your thinking and therefor your results in life. Here's my top tips on how to change your life with just your mind.
Treat yourself like someone you love
Whether this is just simply speaking to yourself with kindness, not being so hard on yourself or even just treating yourself through selfcare and self love. Think about the way you speak to yourself, are you harsh with the way you think about yourself? Do you put to much pressure on yourself? Do you live your life just trying to please other people? Well its time to start loving yourself, putting yourself first is not selfish. Think about when your on a flight, they always tell you to put your own life jacket on first before helping others with theirs. It's the perfect example for the fact that you can't help or be there for people, if you don't take care of yourself first. Treat and talk to yourself like someone you love.

Positive thinking is a super power!
There's so many times where I just feel like giving up, I sometimes feel like I'm way in over my head and can I actually do this? But I believe the universe has a plan for us all, we are all destined for greatness in our own ways. If for example, your working on a project and something goes wrong, making you feel like you should finish the project or just give up, try to think about the positives, think of it at a challenge that you will learn from and over come to make the results better and more meaning full. Remember, every success story has a journey, don't give up on yours, after all, the glass is only half full, It's time to fill it up!
I am a HUGE believer in the secret, if you've read the book or seen the documentary, you'll know exactly what I mean. The secret to success is to believe that it is already yours, live your life like you are already that person you want to be.
You can use positive affirmations to help you do this if your not quite sure what to do or how to get started. You have to of course put in the work to get to where you want to be, but manifesting an showing gratitude to the journey is what will make it more of a experience.
